POLICIES

All policies put in place are to protect clients and NiceLook NYC.

We are not responsible for failure to read policies before booking.

Booking deposits are nonrefundable unless appointment altered by NiceLook NYC. Clients must cancel their appointment within 48 business hours. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of your booking fee (please text Vanessa to discuss rescheduling/cancellation of your scheduled appointment).

Clients who NO-SHOW/SAME DAY CANCELLATION will lose deposits and be charged 50% of the entire service booked. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your booking fee over ONE time, as long as you do so within 48 hours notice.

Please be advised, due to COVID-19 there are no accompanying guests allowed, including children. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

After the service is completed, there are no refunds permitted.

All are required to bring and wear a face mask.

LATE POLICY

There is a 10 minute allotted grace period. If you are running late, please text Vanessa as soon as soon as possible.

If you have not shown within 10 minutes of your appointment, you will lose your appointment slot & deposit, unless given a courtesy.

A new booking fee will be required to book a new appointment.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment will be made on the date of your appointment. Remaining balances may be charged to the card on file. Cash & Zelle are also acceptable forms of payment. We do not accept checks or Cashapp as a form of payment.

Submission of your booking fee signifies your agreement and understanding of these terms.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

DISCLAIMER:

Please note that results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Typically, results are amazing! However, everyone retains and breakdowns pigment differently. Only 40- 60% of the pigment will remain in the skin after the initial session. Therefore, a Perfecting Session is necessary in 5-7 weeks to assess pigment retention and make any changes needed. Clients may need more than one touch up for color deposit due to having skin type that is more resistant to pigment, oily skin, sparse eyebrows, or improper aftercare.
